During this 2 week program I'll take you from exhausted, confused, frustrated, and anxious to feeling confident, reassured, and well-rested! I'll provide you with a personalized sleep plan, one on one consultation call, several mini guides for the future, and you'll have daily access to my one on one email support. Simply commit to a sleep plan, stay consistent with your baby, and get your rest back within just weeks! 
 

This is the long-term support you need to not only meet goals for your child's sleep, but have all the tools for the future as well!

  • Newborn Support

    Download a PDF newborn sleep guide that covers everything you’ll need for navigating sleep during the newborn months! From sleep environment, to naps in the crib, and from feeding to night wakings. Add on a 45 minute phone call as well for additional support so we can talk through it all and I can answer any questions you have!

  • Your personalized sleep plan will include details on:

    • multiple methods to gently sleep train

    • and how to lengthen naps

  • Yes! My programs cover daytime and nighttime sleep. Together we will get your little one on a predictable and age appropriate daytime schedule, and tackle overnight sleep as well. Whether you’re dealing with short naps or frequent night wakings, my program will cover it all!

  • During sleep training, most babies do cry. The crying comes from the changes to their sleep habits and routines. Making a significant change in your child’s life and breaking a habit will never be smooth. Most families experience some significant crying the first several nights, and by night 3, 4, or 5 the crying has drastically improved.

  • Once completing a program and meeting the sleep goals we set for your little one, you will have the option to purchase a monthly subscription service. The subscription service is for clients who want the ability to still message me periodically with questions. However, it is not meant to be unlimited daily support. In a circumstance where daily messaging support and sleep log tracking is required, there is the option to purchase another week of that level of support.

  • I recommend being at home for naps to take place in the crib the first 7-14 days. Nap training can be time consuming depending on your method of choice so consider whether or not you are starting the sleep plan at a point when you will have free time during the day to focus on naps. If your child is with other care taker (besides a daycare), but more like a family member or in-home sitter, consider whether or not they will be on board with following a sleep plan for nap time.
